Experience Summary

Keith Willis has been involved in heavy industrial construction for over 34 years. His accomplishments during that period are numerous, and include a wealth of experience managing multi-million dollar wastewater and water treatment projects. He began his career at a young age and quickly advanced through field operations as labor foreman, pipe-fitter, mechanical foreman, area superintendent, general superintendent and site manager. His background in the field combined with a comprehensive knowledge of wastewater and water treatment processes provides a thorough understanding of constructability issues, quality control, and jobsite safety.

Mr. Willis has been active in safety programs throughout his career. He is knowledgeable in OSHA and ANSI standards, and holds an OSHA 500 Certificate. He holds a high personal standard for safe job practices which is evidenced in the Company's excellent safety record.

Management Philosophy

As president of WWPS, Inc. Mr. Willis has a hands-on management style and maintains an active role in estimating and operations, devoting his attention to the success of every project. He has also provided consulting services to owners and engineers on numerous municipal projects. His management skills and practical experience support a complete spectrum of both construction and engineering understanding and application, providing clients with a proven track record of success.

Mr. Willis advocates a partnering approach on all projects. While not all project owners elect a formal partnering process, the philosophy of shared goals and working as a team for the benefit of the project is a fundamental belief that Mr. Willis promotes throughout WWPS. The success of this philosophy was evidenced when the City of Atlanta recognized Mr. Willis with a partnering award for his contributions to meeting the Senate Bill 500 milestones involving several wastewater treatment plant projects at South River WRC, Utoy Creek WRC and RM Clayton WRC. Mr. Willis was also responsible for the General Wastewater Pump Station Improvements and Telemetry project which was completed for the City of Atlanta and received the prestigious Marvin M.
